1. RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 14-day return period, during which customers may return their eyewear without providing a reason. The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered. Please ensure your return shipment is sent back to us within this timeframe.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
• All eyewear must be returned unworn, unused, and in resellable condition, with all original packaging, microfiber cloths, cases, and tags included.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of lens-cleaning products or accessories that have been opened or used.
3. REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your provider.
4. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model or color, please return your item and place a new order.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive eyewear that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@oroluce.com. Our team will review your request and provide a suitable solution.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• Return shipping is at your own expense. Costs vary depending on the courier and country of return.
• We are not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes on returned items.
• Please retain your proof of shipment and tracking number — we cannot assist with lost returns without tracking.
7. RETURN PROCESSING TIME
